Oz Stars Join Forces For Songs Of Hope; Watch Shannon + Nat's 'Don't Give Up' Video

先前我們和大家提過這位才子，可是經過了幾個月後，他的專輯還是一延再延，如今終於確定要在十月發行，只能先恭喜他了。想不到他的唱片公司還是很厚愛他，先是最早的單曲Wanna Love You Girl有另一個Busta Rhymes版本，然後最近又在Lil Wayne的Shooter MV獻聲現身，而現在他自己的最新歌曲Lost Without You才正式曝光。

瑞典才女Lisa Miskovsky 推出2006最新單曲"Mary"，理論上應該是第三張專及第一主打歌，不過目前能搜尋到關於新歌的訊息有限，就連官網都沒有一些消息。查了Wiki才知道，原來先前她有不少音樂錄影帶都是瑞典搖滾樂團Kent的主唱Joakim Berg所執導，另外發現BSB名曲Shape Of My Heart的歌詞就是Lisa的創作。

Pop star Frankie J returns to the spotlight with “Priceless,” his third solo English album, in stores Tuesday, October 17. The 12-track disc features production from Mannie Fresh, Bryan Michael Cox, Play N Skillz, Happy Perez, Adonis and guest appearances by artists such as Chamillionaire, Slim from 112 and Bone Thugs & Harmony. 在強片如林的下半年，差點忽略John Mayer。這首Waiting  On The World To Change 七月初就悄悄在美國Adult Top40電台以初登場27名的成績刷新自己紀錄，而單曲在首週就衝上熱門榜#21(最高)，八月初該曲則無意外在"AAA"電台榜(Adult Album Alternative/also Triple-A, AAA, or Adult Alternative) 拿下第五首個人冠軍曲紀錄，追平在AAA榜單上Jack Jackson的紀錄；同一週John還創下另一新紀錄，Waitng 一曲由11名進駐十大，讓他在Adult Top40榜上成為擁有最多Top10的solo男歌手，John一共有六首， 不過最多紀錄保持則是Goo Goo Dolls的十一首。

2005年以專輯《Kitty Jay》拿下水星音樂獎(Mercury Prize)年度12大專輯之列，當時英國Devon歌手Seth Lakeman(1977年出生)只花費300元英鎊就在住家廚房完成這張作品，當時和他一同提名的還包括酷玩的專輯《X & Y》；《Kitty Jay》靈感來自他所居住的Dartmoor地方的神秘與傳奇，他在監獄(Dartmoor Jail)發表這張作品。當時一聽到自己專輯拿下這麼權威的大獎提名，他說自己完全無法置信可以進入一年來最棒的專輯行列，「我身無分文，我花了僅有的177元英鎊繳交參加獎項的費用。」
