Laura says: "Somebody can read these lyrics as a dedication to the beloved person, indeed, I'm talking about the inner peace, I'm searching for; on the contrary, I'm talking to it as a real person. Madonna let me feeling free to sing the lyrics I preferred, without being compelled to follow the literal translation, necessarily.
