擁有讓人眼睛一亮的嗓音和多元背景帥勁主唱的英國團體Kubb出現在七月份Music Week的Snap Shot專欄中，打從五月他們發行了限量單曲Somebody Else 後，便吸引如BBC Radio One最為人熟知的首席DJ Jo Whiley等大力推薦，而03年被英國女王冊封OBE的傳奇大師Jools Holland也邀請Kubb與他一同現場演出，讓Kubb於十月推出的首張專輯《Mother》未演先轟動，Kubb是英國環球集團的Mercury唱片下半年重點發行。
被認為結合了Jeff Buckley、Radiohead、Keane的Kubb，靈魂人物Harry Collier被挖掘的過程也引人側目，在倫敦Organic Café工作的Harry有天遇到Dido哥哥Rollo和友人的生日聚會，想不到老闆竟然要Harry在來賓面前演唱「生日快樂」，一開口就技驚四座，Rollo隔天馬上要Harry到錄音室錄音，就這樣發跡組團了。Harry有其自成一格的style，出生在利物浦，爸爸是英國人，媽媽是中美洲的托巴哥(Tobago)人，小亨利沒多久就在托國成長，在那加勒比海的薰陶下，奠定他對音樂的熱情，17歲搬回英國後，他開始組團在各地表演，幾年後他回到倫敦時，差一點還被One Little Indian廠牌簽下，直到他遇到Dido的哥哥Rollo，最後又遇到Rollo的好友Ben Langmaid及Ben的友人Jeff Patterson，Harry與Ben/Jeff便成為創作夥伴(這是一種連鎖反應嗎？)，又不知道過了多久(通常官方bio都寫的很模糊)，因為Ben與Jeff只想創作不想拋頭露面，Harry才找來Reef的前鼓手Dom、透過NME廣告挖掘的鍵盤手John及官方bio也沒寫從哪邊冒出來的吉他手Adj合組了Kubb。
Remain 是Kubb真正第一首要推出的單曲，不過目前網路上只找到短秒數的PV(是不是要說PV比較in??)。
